Terms:
Net 30 days from date of invoice with approved credit.
Past due balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per
month.
Minimum Order:
$100.00 Net. Orders less than $100.00 net are subject to a $6.00
service charge. Case pack required.
Shipping
Nature's Cuisine ships F.O.B. Seattle. Washington.
All claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of ship
date. All Claims for damage must be filed by consignee, with delivering
carrier within 5 days of receipt.
Restocking Fee
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
